SEPHORA バースデイギフトが届かない編

私事で恐縮です、今月誕生日でした。
セフォラのバースデイギフトが欲しくて欲しくて、今月購入する気満々で発注したら結果的に届かなかった…というオチ。びっくりだわ。
実はカートに入れて、発注したらカートに無くて…おかしいな？と思い問い合わせしたんですね。全部英語で。
とりあえずこんな感じで質問してみました。

Could you add it?

超簡単な英語だし敬語を使うのも下手なもんで、とりあえず日本からメールしてると言えば許してもらえないかな、という魂胆見え見えな英文です（笑）

で、回答が次の日ちゃんと返ってきました。

要するに日本に送れないやつだったから、その分ポイントつけといたぜ！
てことらしいです。
残念だけどポイント付いたし理由が分かってスッキリしました。
